Nice to meet you!
A couple weeks ago, I was reading in Exodus 16-17. I was reading about how the Israelites were traveling in the wilderness and were grumbling against Moses and Aaron.
However, Moses reminded them that they were not grumbling against them, but they were grumbling against the Lord.
This is an ongoing theme in my life. I so many times catch myself complaining and grumbling, and it hurts to realize how much I do this, daily.
It also hurts to realize that these complaints are not against anyone here on earth, but against the Lord himself.
Slowly, I have been learning that everything, including the hard and difficult and burdensome things, is a gift from God. A gift!
Slowly, I have been transforming from a grumbler to a person filled with gratitude.
*One Thousand Gifts and starting to count gifts myself has been instrumental in this transformation.
