I read a quote (I think on twitter, but I can’t seem to remember who posted it) that said,
“In marriage, you don’t drift together…you only drift apart.”
That really got me thinking about being intentional…the thoughts have really been soaring in my mind since I read The Marriage Project. However, that quote just really got me thinking harder about this…
If we do nothing in our marriage…if we put in no effort…no work…we will drift apart. It will happen.
But, if we put in effort and be intentional in our marriages, it will be different! Instead of drifting apart, we will grow closer.
